. At least 7 years of development and/or test automation experience acting at least 3 years as Test Automation Lead.
. Excellent coding skills in at least two programming language: Java, Java Script, Perl, Ruby or Python.
. Deep experience in at least two functional test automation tool (TestComplete, Selenium RC, Watir, QuickTest Pro, SilkTest, Rational Functional Tester, Fitnesse, etc.)
. Deep experience in automated performance testing and at least one tool (JMeter, LoadRunner, Grinder, NeoLoad, ProxySniffer etc.)
. Deep knowledge of SQL and RDBMS.
