Job specification: |
|
- 5+ years of testing experience especially on Web based applications testing.
- Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware
- Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases
- Experience in Executing test cases, defect analysis and participating in meetings with clients
- Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
- Prior experience of handling a team of 5+ is a must.
- Should be able to drive the estimation activities for the project
- Be able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies.
- Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool Hands-on working experience on SQL queries and RDBMS concepts will be added advantage
- Has to be good at customer interaction
- Flexibility to work in onsite/ offshore model
- Domain and Working knowledge in Retail or Pharma will be an advantage
