- Good knowledge in banking domain is required.
- Good knowledge in testing principal and process
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to different stake holder. - Effectively applies Quality methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Should be able to forecast the risks and plan for mitigation and contingency plans, and alerting the same to stake holders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent team player.
- Executed project in Agile or has complete familiarity in Agile
- Ready to travel
- Should be able to manage the project independently
